Most website projects get sold with a lot of process. Discovery meetings. Mood boards. Multiple rounds of revisions. Eight to twelve weeks. And a price that makes a small business owner hesitate.
We do it differently on purpose.
A standard business website from us is $1,000. That covers up to six pages, mobile-first design, a contact form, basic Google setup, the first month of hosting, and 30 days of tweaks after launch. You pay $500 to start and $500 when it goes live. You own the files and the domain. No monthly design fees. No long contract.
Here’s how it actually works.
Step one: We talk. You tell us what the business needs the site to do. We tell you whether the standard package fits or whether something custom makes more sense. No long questionnaire. Just a clear conversation.
Step two: You send the materials. Photos, logo if you have one, text for the pages, any existing content you want to keep. If you don’t have good photos or solid copy yet, we can work with what you have and clean it up, or we can talk about options.
Step three: We build it. Once we have what we need, the site is usually ready in about ten days. It’s not a template with your logo slapped on. It’s built to load fast on phones, look clean, and do the job without extra clutter. We use WordPress when it makes sense and keep things simpler when it doesn’t.
Step four: We launch and you review. You get 30 days of adjustments included. After that, the site is yours. Hosting continues at $14.99 a month if you want us to keep running it. That includes security, daily backups, email, and support.
That’s the whole process. No six-week timeline. No surprise invoices for “additional research.” No design by committee.
This approach works well for most local businesses on the coast: restaurants, contractors, HOAs, small shops, service businesses, leagues. If you need an online store, booking system, membership area, or custom tools, we quote that separately and still keep the process transparent. You know the price before we start.
The goal is simple. You end up with a site that looks professional, works on a phone, shows up in search, and doesn’t require a specialist to maintain. And you own it.
If that sounds like what you need, reach out and we’ll talk through it. No pressure and no long sales call. Just a clear answer on whether it’s a good fit.
