Nestled amidst the beauty of Depoe Bay, Oregon, Little Whale Cove homeowners association needed a robust online platform to connect residents and streamline their community life.
We delivered a fully customizable website that serves as the heartbeat of Little Whale Cove, offering a comprehensive suite of tools for members and staff alike. From managing events to fostering communication, our custom development brought Little Whale Cove’s vision to life.
Here’s a glimpse of what we built:
- Interactive Calendar: A feature-rich calendar empowers residents to view events, filter by organizer or location, access Zoom links, and track recurring activities – all at their fingertips.
- Dedicated Committee Pages: We created custom pages for committees like social, safety, architectural, and forest management, providing a centralized hub for information sharing and collaboration.
- Live Editor: Committee heads and HOA staff can effortlessly update text, upload flyers, customize colors, and add images – ensuring the website reflects the latest community news and updates.
- “Cove Talk” Forum: A vibrant online forum fosters a sense of community where residents can connect, share announcements, seek assistance (like finding lost pets or requesting rides), and even rate local contractors.
- Secure Member Access: We implemented restricted areas and conditional logic, ensuring that sensitive information is only accessible to authorized members.
- User Role-Based Access Control: Committee heads can edit their respective pages without impacting the entire website, promoting efficient management and collaboration.
Little Whale Cove now boasts a digital haven that strengthens community bonds, enhances communication, and empowers residents with convenient access to essential information.

This Northwest gem includes 40 acres of common area, with a recreation center, indoor pool and spa, exercise room, tennis courts, meeting rooms and many miles of roads and paved or wooden walking paths that meander through rainforest woodlands and along breathtaking ocean cliffs. Some of these paths lead to “Little Whale Cove,” a pond created by three streams, as they join the ocean.
